What if I never recieved my order? Our company holds the responsibility of shipping out your order in a timely manner. Once the order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for the item being lost or stolen, so please contact USPS for further inquiries. We advise that you make sure the address is correct when you place an order and when you receive your tracking number, request for updates to be sent to your phone about the package's whereabouts.

How long is shipping? Standard shipping is 2-3 days.

What is the processing time? Most orders are shipped within a few hours on weekdays. Orders recieved on weeknds will ship Monday.

Im in love with an item, but its out of stock. What can I do and how often do you restock? No worries! We’ve got your back! Simply send us an email letting us know what item you would like us to restock. We will do our best to restock it asap!

 

I PUT DOWN THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

We can try our best to fix the address for you if your order has not yet been processed, but once it has left our facility, the problem is out of our control and you are liable for the consequences. We always send out an e-mail with the tracking number, so please use that number to contact USPS to have the matter resolved. 

If the item gets returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to send to the correct address. Shipping rates vary by location.
